Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RAEK products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
RAEK provides first-party data infrastructure across four product lines: RAEK Data (identity and activation), RAEK View (SMB visibility and growth), RAEK Edge (private AI and data infrastructure), and RAEK AI (agents and workflows). Access to specific features is governed by your service agreement.
Data Usage
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RAEK complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations. You must obtain and maintain appropriate consent for data collected through our platform and partners.
API Usage
Use of RAEK APIs is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined in your service agreement. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent platform security measures.
Limitation of Liability
RAEK provides services on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, platform availability, and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute data accuracy.
